Business inquiry information is used to respond to your request, evaluate service fit, maintain communication records, protect the website, and understand aggregate website performance.
Website assistant
When enabled, the public assistant sends your message and limited conversation history to the approved AI service so it can answer from published Apo content. Apo does not save assistant transcripts in its website database. Never enter patient, claim, credential, or protected health information.
Cookies and privacy choices
Essential storage supports security, forms, sessions, and consent preferences. Optional analytics and marketing categories remain off until accepted. Cookie settings can be reopened from the website footer.
Retention
Assessment inquiries remain available in the access-controlled business pipeline. General contact records marked closed or spam are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. You may request deletion of your business information.
Service providers
Hosting, email, security, analytics, and—when enabled—AI providers may process limited website information under their applicable agreements. Protected health information must not be submitted through this website.
